ECV's nonviolence group is hosting a time of worship and prayer.

There will be bagels from Olmo. Please let Kim know if you're coming and tell me your bagel/spread preferences. Please still come if you really, really, really want to but didn't RSVP - we will have enough bagels - period - Jesus multiplies.

As you may know, Holy Saturday is a day that commemorates the last day of Jesus' death after His crucifixion. On a similar thread, we'll spend the time lamenting the deaths in New Haven this year, in particular, the death of Deshawn Maysonet (the only homicide and person whose life was cut short by a gun in March 2024 in our city of New Haven).

We'll pray for peace in our city of New Haven holding knowledge of Jesus' resurrecting power.

We'll pray however else the Holy Spirit may lead.
