Emotionally Focused is a robust and reflective transformation process that looks at who you’ve become and what blocks you. It invites you to look under the surface of your unique story and discover more of your true life in God within His story. The Foundations Intensive is a two-day process all about growing in awareness — understanding more clearly why we see the world in a particular way and how we decide to behave to stay safe in relationships. By uncovering specific wounds we experienced and the meanings and vows we made, we can become aware of patterns of behavior that hold us back from becoming more like Jesus. Participants will be able to process learning through individual time for reflection and journaling and facilitated small groups.
